“Ratnagiri Alphonso” is a regional identity, but a name on a box alone does not tell you where every fruit was sourced. We want you to know the sourcing route behind your box.

Our Alphonso comes from registered members of our Farmer Producer Company in Ratnagiri district, mainly from Lanja, Ratnagiri and Sangameshwar talukas.

Our process
Harvested carefully. Checked twice.
About 90% of the mangoes are plucked from the trees while still green. We harvest by experience at the appropriate maturity stage, early in the morning. Naturally dropped fruit is not used for this fresh-box program, and harvested fruit is kept in shade until it reaches our collection point.
At the packhouse, every mango is weighed and checked for deformity before grading. The graded fruit goes into controlled ripening chambers for approximately four days. After ripening, the mangoes are checked again, weighed and graded before packing.
Ready to eat
Enjoy them when your box arrives.
We dispatch the mangoes after controlled ripening. Around 4–5 mangoes can be enjoyed on the day of delivery.
- Keep mangoes refrigerated in the middle or vegetable compartment.
- Do not keep them in the freezer.
- Take out the quantity you intend to eat and keep the rest chilled.
- Consume the box within approximately 7 days of delivery when refrigerated.

We deliver by city, not by guesswork.
Each city will have its own pickup/delivery date window. Delivery arrangements and dates will be announced later.
You can still book. If at least 300 boxes are booked for your city, we will open a delivery date for that city. If we cannot deliver there, your ₹299 booking amount will be fully refunded.

We plan the fresh-box delivery window city by city. The working threshold is 300 boxes for a city before a dedicated delivery date is opened.

Questions before you reserve?
Why is the final price announced later?
Alphonso is seasonal and the final box price depends on the harvest, grade availability and market conditions. Previous-season prices are shown only as a reference.
What does the ₹299 reservation cover?
The ₹299 is a reservation amount per box and is fully adjusted against the final seasonal box price.
Can I choose my preferred grade?
Yes. You can select a preferred grade, subject to availability. If that grade is unavailable, the applicable allocation and price adjustment will be communicated according to the seasonal booking terms.
Why are the mangoes harvested green?
Most fruit is harvested at the appropriate mature-green stage so it can be handled, transported and ripened under controlled conditions before dispatch.
Will the mangoes be ready to eat when they arrive?
We dispatch after controlled ripening, so around 4–5 mangoes can generally be enjoyed on delivery day. The rest should remain refrigerated until you plan to eat them.
What if my city does not reach 300 boxes?
If we cannot open a delivery window for your city, your ₹299 booking amount will be fully refunded.
What should I do if there is a quality issue?
Record an opening video and photographs of the box and mangoes within 24 hours. Internal issues such as spongy tissue may be reported within 7 days so the team can review the case.
