Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide an unboxing video as proof of the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.

Please provide your order details and the reason for the return. An unboxing video is compulsory for return and exchange requests, particularly in cases involving damaged or incorrect products.
Items returned without contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
A return shipping fee of ₹150 or the actual return courier charges, whichever is lower, will be applicable.
There is no additional restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and the required unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases where you receive a wrong or damaged product.
An unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Once the issue is verified and the exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We currently do not have any specific product category that is excluded from our return policy. However, all return requests are subject to the eligibility requirements stated in this policy, including the applicable return period and unboxing video requirement.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process will apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
For orders where payment needs to be refunded through another applicable method, we will coordinate the refund with you.
Refunds may take 8 to 15 business days to be completed after approval. The actual time for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment service provider.
