Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us through email or WhatsApp.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We currently ship within India only.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
The estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 10 days, depending on the destination, courier availability, and other circumstances.
We may use courier and delivery partners including India Post, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and other logistics providers.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, natural events, transportation issues, service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking information may be provided through email and SMS and may also be available through our order tracking page.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,499, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed at checkout.
