Shipping Policy

We ship orders across India. Shipping is ₹100 for orders below ₹2499 and free for orders of ₹2499 and above.

Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary by product, destination and availability. As a general guide, delivery is expected within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and circumstances outside our control may require additional time.

Product-specific seasonal availability information will be shown on the relevant product page. If an item has a seasonal or next-batch availability note, that information takes precedence for that item.

Order Changes and Delivery Issues

If you need to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a product-related issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear supporting photos or video where relevant.
