By using this website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with the terms applicable to purchases, payments, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Products and Pricing

Product descriptions, pack sizes, prices, availability and other product information are provided on the relevant product page. Product availability may change, particularly for seasonal products.

Orders and Payment

An order is placed through the online checkout using the payment methods made available by the store. We may contact you using the details provided with your order when communication is needed to process or deliver it.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery

We ship across India. Shipping is ₹100 for orders below ₹2499 and free for orders of ₹2499 and above. Delivery is generally expected within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, but timing can vary by destination, product availability and circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are food and consumable products, we do not accept general returns after delivery. If a product is damaged, incorrect or affected by a product-related issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Where a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 working days, normally to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
